Play Therapy
Play is the language of children.
Through play children make sense of what has happened to them, practice new skills, and express themselves.

I am a qualified Play Therapist, and have experience working with children who have experienced trauma such as exposure to family violence or neglect. I hold a particular interest in working with children who have experienced childhood sexual abuse. I use a variety of creative approaches such as Child Centred Play Therapy, Theraplay® informed activities, Art Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Single session parenting coaching sessions are available to support you to better understand your child's feelings, behaviour and their unique worlds. If you don't feel you have the resources for ongoing therapy, make time for a one off appointment -
Tune up and tune in.

Art Therapy
Art Therapy can be used for all ages.
Art making is helpful for improving wellbeing, and can be used in therapy to help to express things that can be difficult to put words to.

Art therapy can be helpful for developing insight, reducing anxiety, expressing emotions, problem solving and connecting to your creativity.
Art can be used in individual therapy, supervision or in groups.
I am registered with The Australian, New Zealand and Asian Creative Arts Therapies Association (ANZACATA).

Art Therapy is available under NDIS funding for those participants who have funding under 'Capacity Building'. Speak to your plan manager if you are unsure.
